          In the name of God. Amen.
       I, Hardy E. Stokes of the County of Alachua
       and State of Florida Farmer, being of
       sound and disposing mind memory
       and understanding do make and
       publish this my last Will and Testament
       1st  I direct that all my just debts be
       paid
       2nd  All my property, real and personal
       shall belong to my wife Victoria Stokes
       during her natural life.
       3rd  At the death of my wife, all my
       property, shall be equally divided
       among four of my children, as follows;
       N.H. Stokes, J.T. Stokes, L.M. Stokes
       and Mrs Abbie Williams
       4th  I nominate and constitute and
       appoint Victoria Stokes to be executrix
       of this my last Will, hereby revoking
       all other wills, and declaring this and
       none other to be my last Will and
       Testament
       I witness whereof I have here unto set
       my hand and seal
