        This cause coming on to be heard
upon the Application of Ralph W. Whiting,
by J.A. Whiting his next friend, for a
Final Decree, herein and it appearing
to the Court that a Petition has been
duly filed by the petition, and it futher
appearing that Notice has been duly
and legally served upon C.E. Whiting,
the only interested person named in
said Petition and it futher appearing
to the Court that the said C.E. Whiting
has filed his Answer to the Petition, in
which he has admitted all of the mater-
ial allegations thereof, and it futher
appearing to the Court that the said 
petitioner C.E. Whiting, are the only persons
interested in the subject matter of said
Petition, and the premises considered, it
is ordered, adjudged and degreed by
the Court that the prayer of said petit-
ion be granted and that Anna A.
Whiting did on the 7th of May 1908, make
publish and declare her last Will and
Testament therein devising and be-
queathing all of her property of what
so ever kind to the said petitioner

ordered and decreed by the Court
