         deceased

  Personally appeared before me, H.G.
Mason County Judge for the County
aforesaid L.B. Brown one of the sub
scribing witnesses to the origional of the
foregoing paper writing, who, being duly
sworn, declares and says that
Anna S. Whiting did in his pres-
ence sign seal and publish the fore
going paper writing as and for her
Last Will and testament, and that
all the said witness, signed the same
as a subscribing witness, at the
special request of said testatrix and
that the said testatrix signed said
paper writing in the presence of affiant
and other witnesses whose names appear
therein, and this affiant, who likewise
signed said paper writing as a subscrib-
ing witnesses, in the presence of and at
the request of the testatrix, and also in
the presence of this Affiant and that
he verily believes said paper writ-
ing to be a true copy of the true last
Will and Testament of said testatrix
