In the Name of God. Amen.
I, C.A. Neel being of sound mind and
memory, and considering the uncertainty
of this frail and transitory life do therefore
make, ordain, publish and declare this my
last Will and Testament, that is to say;
First - After all my lawful debts are
paid and discharged, I give and bequeath
To my brother Jonothan Neel, one thous-
and dollars: To my sister-in-law,
Martha Parker, of Macon Georgia, one
thousand dollars, but in case of
their death or either of them before I
die, then said amounts are to be paid
to my Executors hereinafter named in
trust for Alma A. Christian and her
children.
To my Executors hereinafter named
in trust for Flavius Neel, of Macon
Georgia, to be used exclusively for the
edgucation of said Flavius Neel, the
sum of one thousand dollars.
I hereby direct my Executors herein-
after named, to deposit in some good
safe Bank the sum of five hundred
dollars to be held in trust by the County
Ordinary of Bibb County, Georgia, and
his successors in office: only the
interest thereof to be used by him for
the purpose of keeping in repair the
old Neel family grave yard, on the Columbus
road, about ten miles West of Macon
Georgia, the principal sum is never
to be used but to be perpetually held
