in trust by said ordinary and his
successors in office the interest to be
used as herein before set forth, but
the said ordinary and his successor
in office may receive and have for
his services, twenty-five per cent of
the interest annually for his services
  I direct and hereby authorize my Ex-
ecutors hereinafter named to sell all
of my property in Florida and to
reinvest the proceeds in property
in the city of Macon, or in Bibb
County, Georgia.
  I hereby give, devise and bequeath
unto my Executors hereinafter named
all the rest and residue, and all of the
property I may own at my death to be
held in trust by them and their successors,
for Alma A. Christian and to her children
and her children's children; with the under
standing that T.A. Christian is not to
receive any benefit whatever of any
of my property, but my intention is, and
I hereby direct that my Executors shall
hold all of my property in trust for
the said Alma A. Christian, and her Child-
ren and her children's children, only the
interest to be paid to the said Alma
A. Christian and her children and to her
children's children except the bequests
heretofore made in this my will, to other
members of my family.
  Likewise I make, constitue and appoint
Alma A. Christian, my niece and Hon
C.M. Wiley Ordinary of Bibb County
