Augustus S. Woolley.

            Will
   I, Augustus S. Woolley of the Town of
Seaford, County of Sussex and State of Delware,
do make this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking all former wills by me
heretofore made.
First. I direct all my just debts and funeral
expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my
executor hereinafter named, as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease.
Second. I give and bequeath unto my beloved
wife, Carrie C. Woolley, all of my house-
hold goods, furniture and plate, absolutely
and conditionally.
Third. I give and bequeath unto my
grandson, John Augustus Woolley, my
watch and chain and such other jewelry as
I may possess at the time of my decease.
Fourth. All the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, real personal and mixed, howso-
ever and wheresoever situate, of which I
shall die siezed and possessed and to which
I may be entitled at the time of my de
cease, I give devise and bequeath unto my
son Victor B. Woolley, and to his heirs and
assigns, In Trust, howsoever, nevertheless,
with reference to so much thereof as may
be personal property to invest the same
in such interest bearing and income
producing securities as in the judgment
of said Trustee shall seem safe and proper,
to collect the interest and, income, therefore
arising, call in, invest and re invest the
principal from time to time in such securi-
ties as in the like discreation of said trustee
