living, and to his heirs and assigns, free
and discharged from this trust; and if
my said son be then dead, then to
convey, transfer, set over and assign
the principal of this trust unto such
person or persons and for such uses and
estates as the said Victor B. Woolley
by his will shall direct and appoint,
free and discharged from this trust, and
in default of such direction and appoint-
ment, to convey, transfer, set over and
assign the principal of this trust unto
the heirs at law of the said Victor B.
Woolley, and to their heirs and assigns,
free and discharged from this trust
This provisions in this trust made
and contained for the benefit of my said
wife, Carrie C. Woolley, are in lieu and
bar of her dower or other interest in my
estate, and are made upon the condition
that she does not re-marry after my
decease, then and in that event the prov-
isions for her in this trust made shall
be void, and the payments to her herein
directed shall cease, and in lieu thereof,
I direct my trustee to pay to her upon
her re--marriage, the sum of One
Thousand Dollars, to be hers absolute-
ly, after which she shall cease to have
my interest in my estate.
    Upon assuming the burdens of this
trust, I require my son, Victor B. Woolley,
to male and execute a bond with sufficient
surety, in the penal sum of Twelve
Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars
