liable to execution, attachment or
sequestration for any debts or liabilities
of such beneficiaries.
(d.) If at any time any beneficiary
entitled under this trust to receive
income, be a minor, or under dis-
ability to receive it such income shall
be applied by my said Trustee to
the edgucation maintenance, support
and use of such beneficiary until his
arrival at age or removal or disability,
occurring within limitation of this
trust
  (e) In the contigent distribution of in-
come and principal of this trust estate to
and among the "heirs at law" of the said
Victor B. Woolley, the division and pay-
ments shall be made in the propor-
tions and to and among those persons who,
according to the laws of the State of
Delaware, as then existing, may be the
heirs at law of the said Victor B.
Woolley, and who, as such would be en-
titled to receive his intestate personal
estate.
  In the event of the decease of the said
Victor B. Woolley, the Trustee appointed
as aforesaid, before my decease, or after
my decease and before the termination of
this trust estate, I then appoint The
Equitable Guarantee and Trust Company, a
corporation of the State of Delaware, hav
ing its principal office and place of busi-
ness in the City of Wilmington Trustee
to execute the several trusts in this will
