contained, hereby giving to it, its success-
ors and assigns, the same power rights
and discretion that are herein given
to the said Victor B. Woolley as Trustee,
Fifth. I hereby nominate, constitute and
appoint my son, Victor B. Woolley, Ex-
ecutor of this my last will and testa-
ment, and I direct that the bonds or
bonds which he may required to
execute in that capacity in taking
out letters testamentary in the State
of Delaware or elsewhere shall be for
the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars,
and should it be necessary for him to
proceed as executor, trustee or otherwise
in the courts of this or any other State
in which a bond is required of him;
I direct that such bond, shall be
for a sum not exceeding One Thous-
and Dollars.
   In the event of the decease of the
said Victor B. Woolley, before my decease
or after my decease and before the final
settlement of my estate, I appoint the said
The Equitable Guarantee and Trust Company,
Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
  In Witness Whereof, I, Augustus S.
Woolley, the testator, have to this my last
will set my hand and seal this eleventh
day of July, A.D. one thousand nine
hundred and ten.
