Sussex County ss.  } Be it Remembered, That
on the 15th day of December in the year of
our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and
ten, before me Thomas R. Purnell, Register,
for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of
Administration, in and for the County
aforesaid, appeared George M. Eddy and
Thomas S. Purse two of the subscribing wit-
nesses to the within and foregoing instrument 
of writing, purporting to the last Will and
Testament of Augustus S. Woolley late of the
County aforesaid, deceased: and being sole-
mnly sworn on the Holy Evangels of Al-
mighty God, deposeth and saith that they
saw the said August S. Woolley the test-
ator sign the said instrument of writ-
ing and heard him publish, pronounce and
declare the same as and for his last Will and
Testament: that at the doing thereof he was
of a sound and disposing mind and memory,
and upwards of twenty-one years of age, that
these deponents attested and subscribed their
