Augustus S. Woolley

  Be it remembered that on the 15th
day of December A.D. 1910 the aforesaid last
Will and Testament of the aforesaid Augustus
S. Woolley deceased (of which the above
and foregoing is a true copy) was proven
by two of the subscribing witnesses and
by proof of the handwriting of the subscrib-
ing witness, now out of the Jurisdiction
of this State (of which affidavits the above
are true copies) and the same was allowed
by the Register and on the 15th day of Dec-
ember A.D. 1910 Letters Testamentary were
granted unto Victor B. Woolley the Ex-
ecutor named in the Will, who was
sworn and gave bond with American
Surety Company of New York as surety in
the Penal Sum of One Thousand Dollars

    I, Rufus D. Lingo Jr, Register for the
Probate of Wills and Granting Letters Adminis-
tration, &c for Sussex County, in the State of
Delaware do hereby certify that the foregoing
is a true copy of the last Will and Testament
of Augustus S. Woolley, deceased, as the same
remains on file and of record in this office
    In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and official seal, at Georgetown,
this Eighth day of February in the Year
of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
