of said deceased, which have or shall come
to the possession or knowledge of him
the said Victor B. Woolley and to render a
just and true account of such administra-
tion on or before the 15th day of December
next, and to distribute and pay all the residue
remaining of the said goods and chattles,
rights and credits, after all just demands and
charges, to which the same goods and chattles,
                     the
rights and credits, in^due course of the ad-
ministration thereof are subject are de-
deucted, to the person or persons respectively
entitled to receive the same, and having
solemly sworn diligently and faithfully
to perform all the duties incumbent
upon him as Executor of the said Augustus
S. Woolley deceased with a copy of the
Will annexed.

Register for Sussex County aforesaid, hath
hereunto set his hand and caused the
Public Seal of his said office to be affixed
at Georgetown, aforesaid, in Sussex County
aforesaid, this 15th day of December in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine
hundred and ten

N.B. Attachment will be regularily issued
in case the inventory and list of debts be not
returned and the accounts be not rendered
within the time limited above.
