                  and State aforesaid, do hereby
                  certify that Letters Testamentry
upon the estate of Augustus S. Woolley late of
Seaford Hundred, deceased, were granted
the fifteenth day of December A.D. 1910
unto Victor B. Woolley of Seaford, Hun-
dred, he being duly qualified, gave
bond for the performance of his duties
with fidelity and that attached hereto
is a copy of the Letters Testamentry.
  In testimony whereof, I hereunto set
my hand and Seal of said office this
eighth day of February A.D. 1911

is the proper custodian of the records of
the same, that his certificate is in due
form and by the proper officer and that
his signature thereto is genuine
