     = In the Name of God, Amen! =

I Charlotte Amelia Williams, of Jersey City, New Jersey,
being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
make and publish this my Last Will and Testament
in manner following, that is to say,
      First:  I give, devise and bequeath all my
real estate and monies invested on Bond or Mortgage,
of which I may be possessed at the time of my death to
my son, George V.N. Williams, for his natural life and
out of the income thereupon, he shall pay the sum of One
hundred and four ($104) dollars annually for the support
of my son Charles H. Williams, during his natural life.
The remainder of the net income of said real estate,
and of the monies invested on Bond and Mortgage
after the payment of the taxes, assessments and water rents
levied against my real estate, my said son George
V.N. Williams shall have for his own use.
      Second:  After the death of my said son George
V.N. Williams, I give, devise and bequeath my real
estate, and the monies invested in Bond and Mortgage
and the proceeds of the sale of any real estate which may
have been sold to such person or persons as my said
son George V.N. Williams shall by his Last Will and
Testament devise and bequeath the same, and in case
of my said son George V.N. Williams dying intestate, then
I give, devise and bequeath said real estate and monies
invested in Bond and Mortgage, and the proceeds of
any of my real estate which may have been sold to
to his heirs at law, in the same proportions as lands
of which George V.N. Williams died siezed, if any would
pass under the laws of descent of the State of New Jersey
      Third:- I give and bequeath all the rest and
residue of my estate, to my son George V.N. Williams
and appoint him my Executor of this my Last
