Will and Testament, and direct that he shall not be re-
quired to furnish security as such, Executor
       Fourth:   I hereby revoke all former Wills by me
made.
       Fifth:    I give to my said Executor power to sell
and convey all or any part of my real estate, at any
time he may think it for the best interest of my estate
so to do, and to invest the proceeds therefrom upon
Bond and Mortgage, upon real estate security, the in-
come therefrom to be applied in the same manner as
provided in the first paragraph of this Will, regarding
the income of the real estate
       My said Executor shall re-invest on Bond and
Mortgage, upon real estate security any monies which at
the time of my death or thereafter may be invested on
Bond and Mortgage, as said Mortgages are paid off,
and the income from such re-investment shall belong
to my said son George V.N. Williams, subject to the pro-
visions of the first paragraph of this Will.
           In Witness whereof the said Charlotte Amelia
        Williams has hereunto set her hand and seal
        this thirty first day of May One thousand
        nine hundred and four.

Charlotte Amelia Williams, the testatrix to be her Last Will
and Testament, in our presence, who, in her presence and at her
request, and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed
our names as witnesses. -- "shall" interlined in sixteenth line of
this page before execution.
