= Know all men by these presents =
of Zanesville
That I, William H. Rutledge, ^ in the County of
Muskingum and State of Ohio, being of sound mind and memory,
do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking all former Wills by me at any time hertofore made
as to my estate, and all property Real or Personal of which
I am possessed or to which I am entitled at the time of my
decease. I devise, bequeath and dispose of as follows
First = that all of my just debts and funeral expenses shall
be paid out of my estate as soon as convenient after my decease,
after which I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife,
Mary E. Rutledge, all of my household goods and furniture, and
two story double frame house and lot on Linden Avenue in the
Eighth Ward.
To my son Frank B. Rutledge all of the remainder of my
estate.
I appoint my son Frank B, Rutledge, my sole Executor of
my estate and Will, without bond and without appraisement
In testimony whereof, I the said William H. Rutledge have to
this my Last Will and Testament subscribed my name and
affix my seal this 30th day of December, in the year of our Lord

I, Harvey C. Smith, Sole Judge and ExOffico Clerk of the Pro-
bate Court within and for said County, do certify the foregoing to be a true
copy of the Last Will and Testament of William H. Rutledge, late of this County,
deceased, as the same appear, from the records and files of this Court.
In testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the Seal of said Court, at Zainesville, this 28th day of March 1911.
