    Know all men by these presents,
that I, Watson Porter, of the city of
Gainesville, in County of Alachua, State
of Florida, being of Sound mind and memory
but cognizant of the certainty of death,
do make, publish and declare this my
last Will and Testament.
First, I do hereby appoint Bishop H.
Porter, of Bridgewater, Novia Scotia
Wylie W. Rockwell, of Kentville, Novia
Scotia, and John W. Vidal of Gainesville,
Florida, to be the executors of this my
last will
Second To my beloved wife Olivia
Porter, I bequeath my entire property
consisting of money held by banks
and personal credits, to have and enjoy
during her natural life, and at her
death, any and all such money and credits
remaining to pass to her estate, to be
distributed under the terms and condit
ions of her will heretofore made and
executed on the 23rd day of June A.D.
1907.
It is my desire that in the event the
estate of my wife, Olivia A. Porter, is in-
adequate to support and maintain my
said wife, on account of fire or other
elements, my executors are hereby author
ized to pay to her a sufficient sum or
sums requisite therefore out of the
income of my estate, and in the event
