    I, Janie A. Tillis of the town of
Trenton in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida,
    Being of sound mind and memory
(Blessed be Almighty God for the same)
do make and publish this my last
Will and Testament
    I, give and bequeath to my beloved niece
Gracy Roy Bailey, my house and lot,
(in the town of Trenton and State of
Florida) and all of my Household
Furniture to be hers for-ever.
    I do nominate and appoint my
nephew McGrew Doke to be the sole
Executor of this my last Will and
testament.
    In testimony whereof I hereunto set
my hand and seal, and publish and
declare this to be my last Will and
testament in presence of the witnesses
named below this the twentieth day
