my beloved grand daughter, Daisy Mar-
shall Richardson, daughter of my beloved
son James W. Richardson, deceased.
Said Trustee is hereby authorized and em-
powered to expend said sum in the
education of my said grand-daughter
at such times as to him may seem
best for her interest
  Fourth:  I give, devise and bequeath to my
beloved son Purdie K. Richardson, the
sum of Two Hundred (200.00) Dollars, in
money, of the moneys arising from
the sale of the lands described in second
item of this my last will and testament,
also my twenty-five acre (25) tract of land,
lying and being in Alachua County, State
of Florida, and known as the Rocky Point
Land, together with the tract of one (1)
acre, more or less, adjoing the said Twenty-
five (25) acre tract, upon which is situate
a small store house, to him his heirs and
assigns forever in fee simple
  Sixth: I give, devise and bequeath to my
beloved son John S. Richardson Jr., and William
E. Richardson, all the remainder of
the moneys arising from the sale of
the lands described in the second item of
this my last will and testament, after pay-
ing the bequeath hereinbefore made from
said fund, to-gether with all debts re-
maining unpaid, from the moneys I may
have on hand at the time of my death, and
the carring out of the directions made in
the first items of this my last will and
testament; all my household goods and
