and plate ware of every kind and description,
all rents due me on the unexpired
lease of my Brown Creek Tract of land
hereinbefore described, to-gether with all
the remainder of my estate, of every
kind and description both real personal
and mixed not hereinbefore named,
specifically devised and bequeathed, to
my said beloved sons, share and share
alike.
Seventh: I hereby constitute and appoint
my beloved so, John S. Richardson, Jr,
my lawful Executor, to all intents and
purposes to execute, this my last will
and testament, according to the true
intent and meaning of the same and
every part and clause thereof, hereby
revoking and declaring utterly void all
other wills and testaments by heretofore
made.
In witness whereof, I, the said
Charlotte C. Richardson, do hereunto
set my hand and seal, this the twenty-
second day of February, 1907.

be her last will and testament, in the
presence of us, who, at her request and in
her presence and in the presence of each
