    I, Samuel R. Boyd, of Huntsville,
Reno County, Kansas, realizing the un-
certainty of life, and being of feeble health,
but of sound mind and memory do make
and declare this to be my last Will and
Testament.
    I hereby give, demise and bequeath, unto
my wife Amy M. Boyd, all my prop-
erty situated in the State of Florida,
and decribed as follows, That part of the
North east quarter, of the North West
quarter lying south of the Georgia
Southern Railroad in Section Number
nine, Township number nine, Range
number Twenty-four, containing 27
acres more or less in Putnam County,
State of Florida, also lots number nine
and ten, in Block number twelve in
Orange Heights, Alachua County, State
of Florida, also a tract commencing at
South east corner of Section number
seven, Township number nine, Range
twenty-two, running North on east line
of section two and two hundredths (2.02) chains,
thence west to west line of railroad
right of way, North 26° west along railroad
3.73 chains north four chains, and east
three and one half chains to beginning,
all in section 7, Twp 9, R 22 containing
2 1/2 acres more or less in Alachua
County and State of Florida, all the above
named property to belong to my wife
