   I further give, demise and bequeath
unto my wife Amy M. Boyd, all my
property both real and personal, which
may be in the State of Kansas or at
any other place, excepting the fore-
going property in Florida, during
her life time, and at her death to be
divided equally among my three
children, viz: Earle R. Boyd, William
H. Boyd and Ada V. Boyd.
   I further direct my wife, to pay to
my daughter, Ada V. Boyd, twenty-
five dollars per annum, till she
has attained the age of twenty-three
years.
   I hereby appoint my wife, Amy M.
Boyd, the executrix of this, my last
will and testament without bond and
revoke all other and former wills
executed by me.
   In Witness whereof, I hereunto set
my hand and seal this 11th day of June 1907.
