     I, G.V. Richardson, Judge of the
Probate Court in and for the County of
Reno aforesaid, do hereby certify that on
the 7th day of August A.D. 1907; at the
regular August term A.D. 1907, of the
Probate Court aforesaid, the foregoing
writing, purporting to be the last will
and Testament of Samuel R. Boyd deceased,
was duly proved, admitted to Probate
and of Record, as a Will of real and per-
sonal property, according to the Laws
of the State of Kansas.
   In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto
subscribed my name and affixed the seal
of this Court, this 7th day of August
