            I, J.M. Jordan sole Judge and ex-
officio Clerk of the Probate Court, within and
for the County aforesaid, do hereby cer-
tify the foregoing to be a true copy of
the Letters Testamentary including a
copy of the Last Will and Testament of
Samuel R. Boyd, Deceased, granted and
issued to Amy M. Boyd, on the 7th day 
of August 1907, as Executrix of the Estate
of Samuel R. Boyd, late of Reno County,
Kansas, deceased, as the same appears
from the records of said Court.
    In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed the seal of said
Court at Hutchinson, Kansas, this 21st
day of July A.D. 1911.

being a Court of Law and Record, hereby certify
that the signature attached to the above cer-
tificate purporting to be that of J.M. Jordan
is his genuine signature, and that he was at
the time thereof ex-officio Clerk of Probate
Court, and as such full faith and credit are due his
acts, and that the attestation of said Clerk is in due
form of law, and by the proper officer.
