           I, L. Adella Beville, widow of the
late T.H. Beville, of the above State and County
being of sound mind and memory and under-
standing, do make and publish this my
last will and testament, in manner and form
following, that is to say;
  It is my will and desire that all of my
just debts, including my funeral expenses,
be paid.
  I do hereby give, devise and bequeath unto
my children to-wit: Ruth C. Whiting,
John R. Beville Jr., Harper Beville, Adella
Beville, and Gladys Beville, all of my property
and estate, both real personal and mixed, share
and share alike, including the East half of
Section Thirty-four, in Township Nine S.
of Range Ninteen E. less ten acres in the 
north west corner of the North west Quarter
of the north east Quarter of said section
  Also the North East quarter of Section
Three of Township Nine S. of Range Ninteen
E. all in Alachua County, Florida, to-gether
        other 
with, all^property and estate that I may own
or possess at my death.
  To have and to hold the same unto them
absolutely forever, I do hereby request and
direct that all of my estate shall be kept
to-gether intact until my youngest child
become of age, but desire that the increase
and income of my estate, or so much as
may be necessary be used and expended by
my Executor hereinafter named, for the
