     maintenance, education, and support of my
     said children, and I hereby authorize my
     said Executor hereinafter named to use and
     expend said increase and income of my estate
     for said purposes or so much of the same
     as be necessary, Should any of my said
     children attempt in any manner to secure
     a division of my estate, or the estate of
     my late husband T.H. Beville, before my
     youngest child is of age, then in that event
     such child or children attempting to secure
     such division shall not receive any of my
     estate, but shall go to and belong to my younger
     children. I do hereby revoke any and all former
     wills and Testaments by me made. I nominate
     and appoint J.R. Beville Jr., my son to be
     the Executor of my estate
       In witness whereof I do hereby set my
     hand and official seal to this my last will
     and testament consisting of one page, this
     3rd day of October A.D. 1910.
