other Court; and I do hereby revoke all other
and former wills by me made.
   In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto
subscribed my name and affixed my seal,
the 22nd day of October in the year of our
Lord one thousand nine hundred and three

  This Instrument was on the date thereof,
signed, published and declared by the said
Testator John P. Davis to be his last Will
and Testament, in our presence, who at
his request, have subscribed our names
thereto as witnesses, in his presence and
in the presence of each other.

Canyon, State of Idaho, do hereby certify that
the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the
last Will and Testament of John P. Davis, the
original of which is on file in my office in
Caldwell, Idaho.
   Witness my hand and the seal of the Probate
Court hereto affix this 26th day of July, 1911.
