Eliza J. Patterson

     I, Eliza J. Patterson, fifty years of age of
the City of Ann Harbor, State of Michigan, do
hereby make and declare this to be my last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills
by me made.  After the payment of my just
debts, I dispose of my estate as follows,
     I give devise and bequeath all my property
that I may die possessed of, to my nephew
John Patterson Davis his heirs (to the exclusion
of all other) he resides at present in the Coty
of Omaha State of Nebraska
     I hereby appoint my said nephew sole excutor
of this my last will and testament.

    On this 4th day of December A.D. 1892,
the testatrix Eliza J. Patterson, who is person-
ally known to us, subscribed in our presence
the foregoing instrument and declared the same
to be her last will and testament and we at her
request in her presence and in the presence
of each other subscribed our names as
witnesses thereto
