I, C.C. Neel of Alachua County State of
Florida, I being of sound mind and memory
do make this my last will and testament,
I give devise and bequeath to my beloved
wife Sallie M. Neel in lieu of her dower
all of my real estate as shown by record and all
my personal property, including all notes and
money during her natural lifetime and should
any of said property, should become burden-
some, she shall dispose of same and use the
proceeds to their best advantage and at her
death all the remaining property if any, to
divert from her back to my nearest blood
kin for square division

Personally appeared before me H.G. Mason
County Judge for the County aforesaid T.B. Tillis
one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing paper
writing, who being duly sworn, declares and says that
C.C. Neel did in his presence sign, seal and publish
the foregoing paper writing as and for his Last Will and
Testament; and that he the said witness, signed the same
as a subscribing witness, at the special request of said
testator; and that said testator signed said paper writ-
ing in the presence of J.W. Conner and this affiant, who
likewise signed said paper writing as a subscribing
witness, in the presence and at the request of the testator, and
also in the presence of this affiant and he verily believes
said paper writing to be the true last Will and Testament
