               C.C. Neel    }  Alachua County
                    By the County Judge of said County
                                              been
               The Last Will and Testament having^duly established
               by the sworn testimony of T.B. Tillis a sub
               scribing and attesting witnesses thereto, as being
               the true Last Will and Testament of said C.C. Neel,
               and no objection being made to the probate
               thereof; and it appearing to the County Judge
               of said County by due proof that the said
               C.C. Neel died on the 15th day of September
               A.D. 1910.
                  It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed,
               that the said Last Will and Testament, bearing
               date August 16th A.D. 1910 and attested by
               J.W. Conner and T.B. Tillis as subscribing
               witnesses thereto be, and the same is hereby
               admitted to probate according to law, as
               and for the true Last Will and Testament of
               said C.C. Neel/deceased and the same,
               with the proof, be duly recorded in Book of
               Wills.
                  Given under my hand and seal, at Gainesville
                    in said County this 15th day of Sept 1911
