================================================
In the name of God: Amen
I, M.M. May of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida of sound
mind, memory and understanding, but
considering the uncertainty of this trans-
itory life do make and publish this, my
last Will and Testament, in the manner
and form following to-wit:
It is my will and I do order that
all of my just debts and funeral expenses
be duly paid and satisfied, as soon as can
be conveniently done after my deceased.
I Give and bequeath unto my dear wife
Jane E. all my personal property and Real
Estate of whatsoever description kind or
quality, to-gether with the appartenances and
tenements possessed by me at my decease
To have and to hold unto her my said beloved
wife Jane E. for and during her natural
life.
It is my will and I do so order that
should my dear wife Jane E. die before
the time at which my son Marion
shall arrive at the age of Twenty-one years
thence in that event my son Marion shall
have and use for his benefit and education all
of my Real and personal property until he
shall arrive at the age of Twenty-one
years
It is my will and I do so order that
at the time when my son Marion
shall arrive at the age of Twenty-one
years, Thence all of my Real and personal
