should my dear wife Jane E. die and my
son Marion shall die before he shall
arrive at the age of Twenty-one years
then in that event all of my Real and
personal property shall be divided between

County in the State of Florida, on this
the Twenty-Eighth day of January in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine hun-
