I, Valentine O. Pinckard, of the City of
Cincinnatti, Ohio, make publish and declare
this my last will and testament hereby re-
voking all former wills.
First. I will and direct that all my just
debts shall be paid as soon as it can be
consistently done.
Second. I desire a plain burial and that
my body be, laid to rest at such place
as my wife Tillie S. Princkard may
select.
Third, I give and bequeath to my daughter
Mrs R.M. King or her heirs two hundred
dollars ($200.00)
Fourth. I give and bequeath to my son
Charles Phillip Pinckard, the sum of one
hundred dollars
Fifth. All the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, real, personal and mixed I hereby
give, bequeath and devise to my beloved wife
Tillie S. Pinckard, her heirs and assigns
forever.
Sixth. I hereby appoint my said wife
Tillie S. Pinckard executrix hereunder,
with the request that no bond be required
of her.
She to have the priviledge of choosing a co-
executor if she desires.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal at Cincinnati, Ohio, this
fourteenth day of September AD 1892.
