     I, William H. Lueders, Sole Judge and Ex-
Officio Clerk of the Probate Court, within and
for the County aforesaid, do hereby certify the
foregoing to be a true and correct copy of the
last Will and Testament of Valentine O.
Pinckard, late of this County, deceased,
admitted to probate and record March 13th
AD 1896; and I further certify that the said
will was duly executed and proven agree-
ably to the laws and usages of the State of
Ohio in which same was executed as the
same appears from Records and files of said
Court.
   In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed the Seal of said Court
of Cincinnati, this 10th day of October AD 1911
