In Re Estate of
W.C. Rives
      Before me H.G. Mason, County Judge
in and for said County, personally appeared
J.L. Cloud who, being duly sworn, says that
he was personally present as subscribing and
attesting witness with S.S. Session who was also
present as a subscribing witness and saw
the testator W.C. Rives subscribe his name
to the instrument of writing hereto annexed as
and for his Last Will and Testament, and that
the said W.C. Rives did then and there in
the presence of said J.L. Cloud and S.S. Session,
publish and declare the said to be his Last
Will and Testament. That said J.L. Cloud and
S.S. Session, witnesses did then and there 
at the special request of said W.C. Rives
and in his presence and in the presence of
each other subscribe their names thereto as
attesting witnesses. And the said J.L. Cloud
further swears that he verily believes the said
instrument of writing hereto annexed, so subscribed
published, declared and attested as aforesaid,
to be the true Last Will and Testament of said
testator the said W.C. Rives
