Otto B. Krippene, Esq., whose name is subscribed
to the following Certificate of Attestation, now is
and was at the time of signing and sealing of the
same, the Register in Probate of Winnebago
County aforesaid and keeper of the Records, Files
and seals of said Court in Probate, duly appoint
ed and qualified to office, and that full faith and
credit are and of right ought to be given to all of
his official acts as such in all Courts of
Records and elsewhere, and that his said attestation
is in due form of law and by proper officer.

said Winnebago County Court and sole presiding
Judge of said County, (said Court being a Probate Court)
duly elected, commissioned and qualified and that his sig-
