           I, Otto B. Krippene, Register in Probate
of Winnebago County, do hereby certify that the
annexed copies of Petition Presenting Will, Proof
of Will, Decree Allowing Will, Order Appointing
Executor and Executrix. The Will and Certificate of
Probate. In the Matter of the Will of William J.
Roe, Deceased, have been compared by me with
the Original Petition Presenting Will, Proof of Will
Decree Allowing Will, Order Appointing Executor
and Executrix, the Will and Certificate of Probate, now on
file and of Record in my Office, and that said copies
are correct transcripts from such originals and of
the whole thereof.
  In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the Seal of said County Court of said County
on this 11th day of December AD 1922

To The Judge of Said Court: - 1
        The Petition of Fred C. Cary of Warwick New York
and Elsie L. Roe of the City of Oshkosh, respectfully
represents: That William J. Roe, who was at the time
of his death an inhabitant of the City of Oshkosh, in said
County of Winnebago, died on the 21st day of October
AD 1911, at the City of Waukesha, Wisconsin, having
estate to be administer.
    That, he left surviving Ellie L. Roe, his widow,
Marion L. Roe and Gilbert W. Roe, daughter and son,
minors all residing in the city of Oshkosh, Wis-
consin, his next of kin and only heirs at law.
