That the value of the personal property of
said deceased does not exceed twenty thousand
Dollars, and the rents and profits of his real estate
(exclusive of his homestead), do not exceed six
thousand dollars per annum.
That deceased left a will duly executed by him,
as petitioners are informed and believe, which is
herewith presented and propounded, wherein your
petitioners are named as executors and executrix
Wherefore your petitioners pray that said will
may be proved and allowed as the last will and
testament of said William J. Roe, deceased,
and letters testamentary thereupon issue to Fred
C. Cary and Elsie L. Roe.

Fred C. Cary and Elsie L. Cary, and made oath each
for himself and not one for the other, that they have

except as to matters therein stated on their
information and belief, and as to those matters
they believe it to be true
