of William J. Roe, deceased } { Court within and for said county
{ of Winnebago, begun and held at the
{ Court house in the City of Oshkosh on
{ the first Tuesday of December, AD 1911

In the matter of hearing the proofs of the
instrument propounded by Fred C. Cary and
Elsie L. Roe as the last Will and testament of
William J. Roe, deceased, having come on to
be heard at this term of said Court: and it
appearing that due notice of the time and
place of such hearing has been duly given
as required by law and by the order of the
Court herein made on the 10th day of November,
AD 1911; And said propoundment having
appeared; and E.R. Williams, one of the sub-
scribing witnesses of said instrument hav-
ing been produced, sworn and examined
in open Court, which was deduced to writ-
ing and filed in said Court and there being
no opposition or objection thereto, an attorney-at-
law having been duly appointed guardian
ad litem of Marion L. Roe, and Gilbert W. Roe
minors and appearing for them; upon consideration
thereof the Court finds:
That said William J. Roe died at Waukesha
Wisconsin, on the 21st day of October, AD 1911
That at the time of his death he was an
inhabitant of the City of Oshkosh in said County
of Winnebago
That on the 14th day of February AD 1903, at
the city of Oshkosh, Winnebago County Wisconsin
