That said instrument was at the time
duly attested and subscribed by E.R. Williams
Henry Schulthesis and Jesse J. O'Brien, who
were competent witnesses thereto, in the
presence of said William J. Roe and in the
presence of each other who at said time
declared it to be his Will.
That said instrument is the last will and
testament of said William J. Roe, deceased,
in all things duly executed
Wherefore It is ordered and Decreed That
said instrument be allowed and probate
thereof granted as the last will and testa-
ment of said William J. Roe, deceased.
