thereof, and it appearing that they are willing
to accept said trust and are competent and
suitable therefor:
  And that the personal estate of said
deceased amounts to about twenty thousand
dollars and the rents and profits of the
real estate, exclusive of the homestead, do not
exceed six thousand dollars per annum.
  It is Ordered that said Fred C. Cary and
Elsie L. Roe named in the Will, be appointed
and confirmed as executor and executrix with
out bond, said will providing that no bond
should be required of either of them as exe-
cutor or executrix: and that letters testamentary
issue to them.

  I, William J. Roe, of the City of Oshkosh,
County of Winnebago, and State of Wisconsin,
being of sound mind and memory, do make,
publish and declare this my last Will and
Testament, in manner following: hereby re-
voking all former wills, bequests, and devices
by me made.
 First, I declare that all my just debts and
funeral expenses and expenses of administration, he
paid out of my personal estate.
 Second I give and bequeath to my sister
Elizabeth R. Burgess, one Thousand Dollars
  I give and bequeath to my uncle, George
Dallas Clark, one thousand dollars
