 Third  After the payment of my just debts,
funeral expenses and expenses of adminis-
tration and the above legacies, I give, devise,
and bequeath to my wife Elsie L. Roe, one
third of my estate, real personal and mixed,
and wheresoever situated. This devise and
bequeath to be in lieu of all dower and home-
stead rights and all other allowances and
claims whatsoever, except such allowances
as the Court may make for the support
of my said wife during the progress of the
settlement of my estate.
 Fourth  The remaining two-thirds of my
estate, of every kind, I give devise and be-
queath to my children (including such as
may hereafter be born) living at the time of
my decease, to be equally divided between
my said children, share and share alike,
the income of the share of each child to be
used for the support and education of such
child until such child reaches the age of
twenty-five years, and upon reaching
the age of twenty-five years, then the share
of such child shall be paid him or her
  Should any of my children die be-
fore arriving at the age of twenty-five, and
not leave issue surviving him or her, then
the share of such child shall go to the sur-
vivor or survivors of my said children, who
shall attain the age of twenty-five years, or
their issue.
  In case all of my children should die
before reaching the age of twenty-five years,
without leaving issue surviving.
