then in that case I give, devise and bequeath
the property herein given my children, one-
half thereof to my sister, Elizabeth R. Burgess,
the other half to be divided between my
father's (Gilbert W. Roe, deceased) sister Harriet
R. Cary; one-third thereof; his brother, James
D. Roe; one-third thereof: and the children
of his deceased sister, Emily Pope, viz: Mary
Upson and Harriet Watson, to each one-sixth
thereof.
  Fifth I make, constitute and appoint my
wife, Elsie L. Roe, and my cousin F.C. Cary
the executrix and executor of this my last
will, without bonds, and authorize and em-
power them to sell and convey any and all
real estate belonging to my estate, except
the one-third devised to my wife, and to
invest the proceeds, and to keep invested
the estate herein given to my children until
each child sh is entitled to his or her part,
paying the income thereof to the guardians
of my said children, for the use of my
said children until each arrives at the age
of twenty-one years
  And further, I do nominate and appoint
my wife Elsie L. Roe, and my cousin
F.C. Cary, the guardians of the person and
estate of my children until each arrives
at the age of twenty-one years.
  In witness whereof, I have hereunto set
my hand and seal this 14th day of February
