                         Probate Registery at Carlisle -
  This is the last Will and Testament of me
Christopher Hutchinson of Great Strickland
in the County of Westmoreland.
  Gentleman I direct my just debts, funeral
and testamentry expenses to be paid with
all convenient speed after my decease. I give
devise and bequeath all my real and per-
sonal estate of every description unto my wife
Margaret Hutchinson and James Parkinson
Shepherd of Appleby in the County of West-
moreland, Gentleman Upon Trust after pay-
ment of my debts, funeral and testamentry
expenses to permit my wife to use and en-
joy all my real Estate and household fur-
niture for and during her natural life and to
continue the Investments of the residue of my
personal Estate on invest the same upon such
securities as the trustees for the time being
of this my will shall think espedient and
pay the annual income thereof or permit
the same to be received by my wife for
and during her natural life and on the
death of my wife leaving one or more of
my children under the age of twenty-one
years. I direct the Trustee for the time being
of this my Will to retain the whole of my
real and residuary personal Estate and apply
the same or the income thereof for the
benefit of all my Children until my young-
est Child shall attain the age of twenty-
one years upon which event I direct the
