said Trustees to hold the said Real Estate
In Trust for the uses of my son
Subject to the payment of one hundred
and fifty pounds to each of his Brothers
and Sister and to divide my household
furniture equally between all my Children
and to pay and divide all the residue
of my personal Estate between my
Children in equal shares. I appoint
my wife and the said James Parkinson
Shepherd, Trustees and executors of this
my Will and guardians of the persons
and fortunes of my children during
their minorities.
  In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set
my hand this tenth day of April in the
year of our Lord, one thousand, eight
hundred, and eighty-nine.
