the children of my daughter Effie C. Gentry,
now deceased (who prior to her marriage
to J.J. Gentry of Spartanburg, South Carolina,
was named Effie C. Manning) I do give
devise and bequeath the remainder of all
of the above described lands, personal prop-
erty and effects which herein before I have
given, devised and bequeathed to my hus-
band, Hugh A. Williams for the term of his
life to take, have and hold in fee, however,
as hereinafter provided.
  Third Unto the said Caswell Manning,
I do give and bequeath my watch, to have
at and upon my death.
  Fourth Unto my grand-daughter, the said
Maugerite Manning, I give my piano, to have
at and upon my death
  Fifth Unto Caswell Manning and Maugerite
Manning, my said grand-children, I give and
bequeath my six marble tables and house-
hold ornaments, to take, have and own at
the time of the division of the property left them
jointly as hereinafter provided.
  Also, unto them, the said Caswell and Mau-
gerite Manning, I do give and bequeath a one
third interest in whatever cattle I may
own at the time of my death: also, one third
of whatever moneys I have at my death, in-
cluding may accure to my estate, all to vest in
them in the manner and at the times as
hereinafter provided.
  Sixth Unto my beloved daughter, Eva McLenna
for the use and pleasure of her and her child-
ren, my grand children, for and during such
