said daughter, W.A. McLenna may be living,
all those certain lands of which I may be
siezed and possessed at the time of my death.
to-wit; Lands purchased by me from Joseph
Jones, according to deed recorded on page 416,
deed Book   50, Public records of Alachua
County Florida. Fifteen acres of the land
bought and purchased by me from Samuel
Snell and wife, as described in deed, recorded
on page 366 of Deed Book 70, Public records
of Alachua County, Florida, the said fifteen
acres being known as the Original Snell
Grove, and being bounded, by lands of W.W.
Hampton on the South and Robert Hicks on
the east and being the western tract of the
said lands purchased from Snell and wife
as shown by said deed.
  Also, of those lots in Waldo, bought by me
from F.M. Cheves and husband, J.M. Cheves
according to deed recorded on page 1, Deed
Book 56, said Alachua County Records, the
following lots thereof, to-wit; Lots 3 and 8, block
14, According to the Official Plat of Waldo,
Also, lands bought by me from B.J. Earle,
and others, according to deed recorded page
207, Deed Book 57, Public Records of Alachua
County, Florida Said last mentioned lands,
to-wit: as described in deed from said Earle
and others page 207, Deed Book 57, said re-
cords being lands which prior to this date
I have contracted to sell, should there be due
to me or my estate at or after my death any
sum thereunder, the same to vest in the
said Eva McLenna, for herself and her children
my grandchildren, as hereinafter provided.
