McLenna in fee at and upon the death
of her said husband, should she out live
and survive him, or should out live the said
W.A. McLenna, but in case my said son-in-
law, W.A. McLenna, should out live both my
said daughter and, myself, then the said
property to vest in the children of said Eva
McLenna, my grand children, in equal shares,
in and subject to the care and control of my
executor or executors hereinafter appointed, 
during their minority, whom I charge to
use and control the same and the profits,
rents and issues thereof for their use and
education, during their said minority
and to receive in fee upon them my said
grandchildren reaching their respective ages of
maturity. It being my intention and desire
herein and hereby to set aside and secure to my said
daughter Eva McLenna, for her and her children,
for their use and benefit free from the control of her
said husband, W.A. McLenna, the said property
and the rents and profits thereof, and to therewith
and hereby restrict and preclude the right or poss-
ibility of the said Eva McLenna selling or
encumbering or disposing of the same during
the lifetime of her said husband, but to allow the
use of the profits thereof during his lifetime, in
the manner as hereinafter provided, and devis-
ing the fee of all of said real estate to the said
Eva McLenna or her said children or her assigns
at and upon the death of her said husband.
 Seventh, and unto my said daughter Eva McLenna
I do give and bequeath a one third interest in my
cattle; also one third of whatever moneys I may
have or possess at my death, including whatever
Sums may thereafter accure to my estate.
