McLenna survive then such interest to be
paid to their children at such intervals dur-
ing the life of the said W.A. McLenna, and until the
oldest of their said children shall reach the age
of maturity; at which time said oldest
child shall receive a pro rata share thereof
of the principal of said account; the remainder
of said account to bear interest until the next
Child, at said time of his or her maturity, a
payment of his or her prorata share, and so on
until all of their said children Shall have
reached the age of maturity, when, to the last
payment of the residue to be made. The number of
pro rata shares shall be determined by the number
of their children at the time of the majority of
the oldest thereof. Said Bank is hereby made
a Special Trustee thereof, under the provisions
and conditions herein named said trustee ship
to take effect upon the happening of the con-
tingincies herein named. But, in case the
said Eva McLenna shall survive the said
W.A. McLenna, then, immediately upon his
death, she shall be entitled to and draw the
entire principal sum of said account
It being my intention and desire to place
the said restrictions, as above provided, around
all personal property left given and bequested
to my said daughter and her children, as I
have placed around the real estate devised them
and her, the object to place the same free
from the control and restriction of the said W.A.
McLenna.
