and bequeathed to him and Maugerite Mann-
ing, and at his said age of twenty-one years
he shall make said division of all the per-
sonal property and money bequeathed unto
them, but he, shall not make a division
of any of the lands devised unto them until
he, the said Caswell Manning shall have
reached the age of twenty-three years.
Fourteenth, All moneys given to Caswell
Manning and Maugerite Manning, hereunder,
shall be placed to their credit upon a
Special account in their favor jointly,
at the First National Bank of Gainesville,
Florida, at the best rate of interest obtainable
and there remain with such bank in trust,
and on deposit aforesaid, until Caswell shall
have reached the age of twenty-three years
when they shall have the right to draw and
use the same; except, however, in the event
of the death of my said husband, H.A. Williams
before said time, when, and when Caswell
Manning shall have reached the age of
twenty one years, he shall make division of
the same as aforesaid.
Fifteenth In the event of the death of either
Caswell Manning or Maugerite Manning be-
fore such peroids of time shall have elaped,
then, the share of the one who has died, shall
have the right to use and possession of said
property at the times provided for herein
based upon the contingency of both of them
living.
